It looks like I have a mail but it will not open. Also from what I’m reading there are others with the same problem. Account is up to date and I tried all the suggestions cannot call or receive calls thank you

Have you tried calling your phone number from another phone? If so what error message do you get? This is probably related to the implementation of volte by public mobile. Do you have a more recent smartphone? If so these users in particular have been affected by these changes. Contact customer support to reset your account so that the volt works properly for you and you stop having calling issues. Go to the bottom of the page and click on Simon to submit your ticket to customer support. Then watch for a response in your private message box at the top right corner of your screen.

are you talking about private message within the community account or some other type of mail?
