Keep in mind if you have any kind of data add-on present on your account, including the holiday 1GB promo from December, you will not receive a warning text when your base plan data is consumed. Attentively watch your data usage on your phones own counter, and via self-serve.

When you go over your allotted amount of data it will just cut your access off! No extra charges to worry about!! :cathappy:

For subscribers with the $15 plan, after all the outgoing minutes are used before the next renewal date, outgoing call will stop. But the $5 500 minutes add-on is cheap as backup for the outgoing minutes.

Great to know. Really appreciate it. Ty😎

Once data has stopped, calling, texting, and picture messaging (MMS) will continue to work.

When your plan data runs out before renewal, your data will stop and you will not get a invoice for overage charge because PM is a prepaid service. If it is not paid ahead, your service will stop.
FYI
Options to get more data:
1. If your current data limit does not meet your 30 days' need, you may change a plan with more data. You can do the plan from self-serve. You get your data back immediately with plan change.
2. If you want to renew the same plan early, you need to create a moderator support ticket using the ? button at the bottom right hand corner of this page. Moderator wait time is 1 - 2 days. If your next renewal date is 2 days away, you may just on data diet for a few days until after renewal.
3. You can buy data add-ons $30 1GB data or $10 200MB data. Expensive option

@Courtis5 Yes it would just stop working as mentioned by @gblackma . You could wait until renewal for more data, or upgrade your plan if you feel you can't manage with the current allotment of data in your plan, or just purchase the add-on data which never expires, but will get tapped when you've run out of plan data. Any remaining data from the add-on will roll over every cycle until depleted. However, it is quite steep at $30/1GB or $10/200 mb.

Nothing will happen at all. When you reach your limit, it just stops until your plan renews or you buy an expensive data add-on for $30 / 1 GB.
You'll never be billed later for something you didn't prepay for.

@Courtis5 your data stops working. There are never any overage charges made by PM.
