My plan says it includes 500mb data + 500mb bonus, but data isnt working on my phone. Ive turned mobile data on in my phone settings but still nothing. My self serve shows that my data add-on is active and that none has been used. Help.

What kind of phone do you have? Have you tried to reset network settings and have you verified the APN settings are correct? https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Getting-Started/setting-up-apn/td-p/235557
