i dm cs_agent all good now thx

@yinj  so no incoming calls either you said. You can use the chatbot to create a ticket. It's possible that a system provisioning by agent might help.

Few things to try: verify that your chattr line is no longer accepting calls.

You could try to reset the Network .

If physical SIM,  try it in friends phone.

check that you have the followinng APN.

See if your phone has the following. If not, delete and add the below

APN: sp.mb.com (or all capital)

MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc

MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca

MMS port: 8799

MCC: 302

MNC: 220

APN Type: default,supl,mms

                             or default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri

I can see phone calls coming in, but when I click to pick up, it hangs up automatically

oneplus 8, not a contract phone.

So are you able to get incoming calls?

What typebof phone do you have and what city are you located in? Is your phone 3G only?
