Data not working on iphone and calls going to voicemail

hi 

i am using iphone 13 data is not working for me and some calls going directly to voicemail.

my plan is active as per self service.

please advise

There also seems to be cellular issues with older iOS so check to see if your phone is on iOS 16.4.1.

 start with updating the Carrier profile

Try changing the network type back to 4G ( do not leave it with 5G).  if 4G does not work, change it to 3G and test 

if still does not work, click Reset All Networks , then make sure network type is 4G and not 5G after the reser

Add: 

Update Carrier Profile

1. Make sure that your device is connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network.
2. Tap Settings > General > About.
3. Follow the onscreen instructions to install your carrier update.

Change Neteork type 

Touch Cellular. Touch Cellular Data Options. Touch Cellular Data Options. Touch Enable 4G to use the 4G network
