Here are all the locations to purchase vouchers:

 
then enter the voucher by dialing *611.

You can buy those vouchers in lots of stores or online. You can also pay using the real time payments method in a few stores.

You can make a payment by opening up the publicmobile.ca webpage first, then login to your account using your email and password. You should be able to see the 'Payments' tab on the sidebar, click that to add a payment method.

You are able to make a payment on the "Account" section of your account, then to "Payments". You can use a PM Credit, a Credit Card, or Debit card.

@juanitahickey    If you don't have a payment card registered in self serve account, then purchase a voucher from SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell and add the funds by dialing 611 on your phone or login to self serve account (using incognito/private mode) and add the voucher there by selecting Payments and following prompts.

@juanitahickey   best is to enable Pre-authorized payment from My Account and you don't have to worry it

To make a manual payment, just login to my Account, go to Payment page and Add fund to the account.  And fyi, just load the plan amount and PM will add appropriate tax on top of it
