How can I issue a refund for an Add-On that didn't work in USA?

I purchased a USA roaming package for my trip to Alaska and there was no service the entire time. I couldn't make any calls, texts or use data. What is the best way to get a refund here? I found out after the fact that Public Mobile doesn't work in the state of Alaska now, while it did last year. Thanks so much.

Unfortunately US Roaming no longer works in Alaska until pm renews its roaming partnership with AT&T. Until that occurs the best provider to use in Alaska is CGI. Ask for a credit to your account (refunds take up to 30 days to be processed back to your card) from customer support using the links supplied by @dabr.
