Hi,
Do you have any plan to waive monthly payment during a holiday period such holiday suspended service once a year just like any other provider?
I am going to out of country during a month from Apr. 23 to May 22, 2025 so waive monthly fee at that time?
Please advise.
Thanks,
James

You can suspend your plan anytime for as long as 90 days. It is not just once a year. but remember, the suspension always starts at the end of one cycle, not in the middle of a cycle

PM does not do any 'holiday suspensions'.
Being pre-paid service it is use it or lose it no mater date or are you in the country or not.
You could remove autopay for a month if will that work for you to not to pay for 30 days. Your account will be suspended (up to 90 days) and you would not pay on next renewal. If there is a glitch in a PM system you might be charged even if you toggle 'subscribed' switch. You never know...
To REALLY stop payment I would ask agent to remove credit card from your file assuming you have no funds on your account. Then payment will fail for sure...

Hello @JAE3
It's actually very easy. Just go into your account, payment section, manage subscription and turn off autopay. Then when you return, turn autopay back on and make your payment and your back up again with the same plan and same number. PM gives you a 90 days grace period.
