My Iphone is not connecting to the network, i have try resetting my network on my phone and I was hoping that Public mobile could restart my card sims? Im not sure what is yhe problem. My phone is not block by any other company, and in my setting the carrier is public mobil it is just the network that is not working. My phone is stuck on SOS only.. I kinda need a number lol can i get help

hello, it is a physical card, not on the blacklist! I do not have an other mobile try the card… if i give you the numbers can you check if the card is properly activated? i dis get an email to confirm tho

is that a physical sim card or eSIM?  If it is a physical one, can you test it on another phone?

if it works on another phone, check if the phone is blacklisted
