Data not working inspite data left on the account

Hello 

my data is not working inspite I have lot of unused dats left, please help, thank you.

here's the little spinner that someone else referenced. Log in on a laptop and try this..

It'll give you an up to the minute idea of how much data is really available on your current account.

@vishmekr You could be seeing old cached info and you have used data more than you think.   Login to My Account again using Incognito mode. 

 

Also, check if you habe setup data limit on your device, check and disable it if you did

 

and of course, try reboot the phone 

 

and test in data in another area , wonder if it is local  network issue

To really check account status: Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

Did you try to do hard reboot your phone?

Remove SIM and put it back (while phone is off).

Click on the little spinner refresh icons lower down to be sure you're seeing current info.

Is your cell data on?

Do you have a data limiter set?
