Data not working in US

Have the $35 per month plan that gives me 60GB in Can, US, Mexico. Got to Chicago yesterday and don’t have data. Call and text works though.

It sounds like you don’t have Data Roaming toggled on. When you turn Roaming on, just leave it on even when you’re back in Canada. You never have to worry about extra charges because your Public Mobile plan is prepaid.

just for reference...what make / model is your cellphone ?

Make sure Mobile Roaming data is enabled 

try changing the network mode to 4G or LTE

Also, manually change and try all 3 US roaming networks, T-Mobile/AT&T/Verizon

another suggestion is to go in to your cellphone settings to make sure that Roaming Data is enabled.

Maybe try a simple reboot of your phone (if not tried already).  Then a network reset of your phone (note: this will erase any saved wifi passwords).
