Hi, For days my data did not work. Interrupted. For teo days,impossible to receive calls from my spouse,friends and kids those ones shouting at me "dad,why did not you take my calls since then?" Is there any problem with Public Mobile (PM) hidden to costumers? Today June 27th is worst. No data eventhough home Wifi is shut down. Not sure I am using my PM data writing this report!

your data problem, check if your phone has data limit set, maybe you reached the limit set on your phone
And voice, there is an ongoing voice problem, so tell your kids once PM fixed it, it will be all good 🙂

Dumb as this may sound, have you restarted your phone? Have you tried your SIM card in a different phone? Have you tried to reset your network settings? And finally, what about your APN settings? They should be mb.sp.com??

the voice problem could be related to this (even you might not be in Quebec):
For data, you sure you didn't used them all? how much data you have per month? Try Reset all network
