I just ported my number. I can't login to the site anymore because its trying to text to my old number. please fix. why is this such a problem? how can this not be automated?

common problem when number change
use Chatbot to open ticket and ask them to update it in the account

hi @gary123123 click Didnt receive code and then Send email
after you login , go to Profile, Manage EverSafe ID and update the phone number
if you cannot login at all, then you need to ask support agent

@gary123123 If you can get signed in thru email instead . Go to profile page and click manage ever safe ID and update your new number there . Then you will have code sent to phone . If you can’t log in get support to update it for you

Not sure how to change the number but you can click on did not get code and have it sent to your email instead
