Data not working after getting new plan

My plan was upgraded today but it seems like mobile data isn't working. Data is on and nowhere near finished. I have a Huawei Mate 20 Pro.

reboot the phone once

if it still does not work, then please ask support agent to refresh your account

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
