Hi, I got an offer from Kodoo ($30 50GB). I tried to activate online but I got an error message saying checkout can't be completed. Do I have to go to a Kodoo store or is there an email or number?

I have a REALME 11 PRO+ with Android 13. I can make calls but my data doesn't work. I've changed the APN settings and also reset network settings. Data is on and wifi off, but in still offline. Any ideas?
