I have a REALME 11 PRO+ with Android 13. I can make calls but my data doesn't work. I've changed the APN settings and also reset network settings. Data is on and wifi off, but in still offline. Any ideas?

For the 'APN ENABLE' part, that toggle is greyed out for me and I can't enable it.
I refuse to believe I spent $400+ on a paper weight

first, your Realme 11 PRO+ might not work very well on PM as your phone missed some important 4G bands used for PM. And I am not certain if you phone will work with PM's 5G at all since you missed the n66
your phone has the following bands (BOLD are compatible bands) :
4G bands 1, 3, 5, 8, 28, 38, 40, 41 - India
1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 28, 34, 38, 39, 40, 41 - China
5G band 1, 3, 5, 8, 28, 40, 41, 77, 78 SA/NSA - International
1, 5, 8, 28, 41, 77, 78 SA/NSA - China
these are the bands used for PM
With the lack of compatible bands, I would suggest you to use another phone on this network
But you can still try to update the APN profile and hope it works
