I just opted for the holiday give away 2gb data . System texted me 2gb applied to my account.

But I do not see that in my account,  please help me on that

Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

If that does not show correct status regarding bonus, try tomorrow after systems goes through daily updates.

i had this problem when i made my last price plan change i had to clear my cache then it showed so you may need to do the same

The website is finicky at times.  Maybe try login with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito/private mode.  Sometimes the website shows an old "cached" version of your plan details.

@Pra when you replied the txtmsg. ususally take up to 24 hrs to effect. or may be u using clear your cache for your browser.or using incognito mode to check it again.
