Data is not working

My data is not working after having my phone on airplane mode for a month. I have toggled airplane mode on and off, powered off and on, restarted the phone. Data still isn't working. Help.

I had to manually setup the network with info sent to me by a CS Agent after a long delay.

have you made sure your plan is still active and paid?

if so, check in your phone settings to make sure "cellular data" is turned on.

If you've done the above steps, then i would try a network reset, which will erase all wifi connections/passwords.

Maybe try a network reset of phone. Note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords.

Airplane  mode just cuts access to network.

Did you check DATA switch in settings as it is separate from airplane mode.
