Data / incoming calls not working

Hi ,

 

I am on esim. My data and incoming calls are not working. I have an I phone. I did reset network settings, no luck. Please help.

hi @ITZNOTEASY make sure you take out the old carrier sim card or disable it of it is eSIM 

for PM eSIM, set as Primary and Turn on this line and test again

and with incoming calls problem, could be a failed poert.  check with PM porting support team and confirm.   I will send you the number to PM Porting support team  Please check your community inbox

@ITZNOTEASY  Did you just port  number over ? If so did you leave old providers sim in the phone and reply YES to the confirmation text to port ? If yes try removing old providers sim and set your eSIM to primary 

if you missed the confirmation text to port I can private message you the porting team number to re trigger the port  request for you

did you only recently activate a new PM account and attempt to port your number to PM ?
