Data has not renewed with subscription

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

My first month with Public and my first month in Canada so I'm not sure how it all works here. My plan/subscription has just renewed but my data meter still says that I am almost out of data. There is no message about data carrying over from last month. Will my data just automatically top up when I run out and then I'll be using my renewed subscription data? Thanks in advance for your help.

hi @Me1L1 

your data will just renewed itself.  Make sure you phone does not have any data limit, it might screw up as PM has a 30 days cycle and phone data limit is set as Monthly

and if you don't see the new data on your My Account,  it could be just a browser cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

if same, then please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

Data should renew (reset to whatever plan offers) at renewal date.

Use clean browser, clear cookies, try incognito mode, try different browser. Use computer. Sometime you might see obsolete status due to PM caching issues.

@Me1L1 it's likely just a caching issue with the PM app or website. If you log off or clear cache you should see your data has been reset

@Me1L1  Might just be a cache issues , check again with new browser window and try incognito mode / private mode . Or try the app instead of website if using the app first clear app cache . Better yet if you have another device to check on try that . If still not right
