I've been using PM for years now and last night I changed my subscription to a different plan. Since then I can only receive calls (although caller ID is not working anymore), I can send and receive texts and the data is working.
When I try and make an outgoing call I get an automated voice saying: "7B1 your phone is not activated on the network. Please call client care for more information" . So, 2 problems. 1 - Public Mobile doesn't have a client care number. 2 - I can't call it from my phone even if I wanted to.
I've tried multiple reboots no luck.

@NaomiNordin First reboot phone if you haven’t already , if still no luck

first reboot phone. Then try to make the call by putting a 1 in front of the 10 digits number (or drop the 1 if you already dialing with the 1)
