Hi community, My subscription cycle reset on May 12th, but my data hasn't reset. Has anyone else had that problem?
I looked at my data history and I have used 2 GB according to PM tracking. not 46.6

That's what I was thinking
Now, they're saying I used 50 GB in 7 days. They've given me a breakdown which says I used 26GB in one day! On my account it says only 2 GB. I have screenshots of it

So most likely you are using gift data now and did not use any of plan data. Maybe PM's logic is Not to renew plan's data until you use all gift data.

@Are you looking at the usage on P or your cellphon data tracker?
pM should feser as expected as it always goes on 30 or 90 day plans. Your cellphone tracks monthly intervals.

Did you try accessing your account using clean browse, incognito mode and clear all cookies?
Maybe you are still using PM data gift (expires after 150 days)?
