you can login My Account, then go to Rewards page, and click to go to Rewards partal

Check the Rewards catalogue and the $15 bill credit is one of them

You need a minimum of 15 points to redeem a $15 credit. If you have 15 points or more, go to Rewards section and there will be a list of rewards you can redeem for.

Login to your account, go to my rewards, and then browse catalogue. It’ll show you your balance and the different rewards you can redeem your points for.
