Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

@genie12345 Just contact PM support either via the chatbot (bottom right) or private message. They'll make the necessary adjustment. Seems to be bit of an issue lately...happened to me twice over the last two months.

can you post us the redemption page? i suspect you redeemed 15 points for $15 and renewal made using the redeemed credit won't generate rewards.

Plan change won't affect that
Post us the screenshot of the transaction history and we can check. Show us not just the line for the renewal but also entries before that

@genie12345 , points back are issued after a scheduled renewal. Sometimes it appears the following day.

did you redeem points for this plan renewal? if you redeemed points for bill credit and the renewal only used that money for renewal, you won't get points. Points are added based on the amount paid by credit card or voucher
