Data Usage Reset Not Working

I was told by a CS agent last Sunday that my Data Usage would reset on the 15th of this month. That hasn’t happened. Why not?

if renewal on the 5th, then data won't reset in 15th

to get PM help, open ticket using the orange Chatbot icon on lower right. Type Submit ticket to start, and choose Contact Us and login to submit ticket

Reinstalling didn’t help. Renewal date was August 5th. How do I contact a Customer Care Representative?

@Ed_A it's likely a caching issue with the app or the browser depending on which you are using. If you are using the app go into your phone's settings, go to apps and select Public Mobile, then clear data

try browser with incognito mode, or reinstall app if you were using app

but why 15th?? data only reset in renewal and PM has 30 days cycle. Is  August 15th the renewal date??
