Data being used

For some reason my phone used an extreme amount of data today while I wasn’t even on it with no apps on in the background, it seems I have used over 10gbs of data and I haven’t been using my phone today and I’m unsure if this is a system error, wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

@annaanm   Please reply the support and provide him the screenshot as well

Also, are you using Android?  Go to your Mobile data usage screen, and change the cycle start date to May 30 to see if you see such usage on your device from May 30

The rep said I used 12gb May 31 but my account doesn’t show it.

@annaanm Not that's been reported on the forum, first I've heard of it.  Might be worth contacting the CS Agent to see if there was a system problem.  You can contact them here,

But that is a LOT of data to burn through on your phone.
