So I purchased a data add-on because I needed to remove the throttle on my account and go back to my 5G network; and I noticed that my service was still slow. Checked into my account and I had used 35% of my data add-on however my data throttle for the lower speed was on… Curious to know how many times I purchased extra data without it being applied to my account, and of course now I’m unable to creat a ticket for these answers.

@AshelyArseneau Is it possible the add-on expired or did you buy it less than 30 days ago? I thought purchased data add-ons were supposed to work wirh the 5G unlimited plans even thought the bonus gift data add-ons don't.
The ticketing system is unreliable of late, until they hopefully fix it for customer service best to use private messaging directly to agents using this link
