Something to consider, @Nashcoffin

If you're only a few days to your next renewal date, and your existing data bucket is generally sufficient, perhaps consider a data add-on to get you to your next renewal date -or- rely on wi-fi if accessible.

Otherwise, there are some pretty good prices on 4G plans right now if you're seeking larger data amounts each cycle.  There are also some more offerings on lower data amounts in the 3G category (instead of the 250mb and 1GB for the $15 & $25 plans respectively)

@Nashcoffin  if you are changing your plan, please be careful, make sure you understand the difference between Change plan now and Change on renewal date and pick the correct one.

Usually people use Change on renewal date to avoid lossing money (if you don't need the extra data urgently)

If you need more data your options are:

- Get new plan with more data. Recommended is to do plan change on next renewal unless you are really desperate and then do plan change Now.

- Buy data add-on

@Nashcoffin , not sure exactly what you are asking.  If it is to change your plan, please login to the self serve account using incognito mode on the browser.  In the plans and add-on tab, you will find options to change your data plan.
