If you're gonna be in the US for more than 10 days, consider a pre-paid SIM card from T-Mobile or Mint mobile to use while there.
They are not only reasonably priced, but ensure better connectivity to calling features than the US Add-On's here and usually much higher data components.

Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

@Roaminghelp what was the exact error you got?
I suggest you to wait an hour first in case there is a temporary fraud lock on PM side
then, You can try to buy roaming addon via *611 and see if it works., but you will need your 4 digits pin to complete that. If you don't remember the 4 digits PIN, you can reset it yourself on My Account, Profile page
Also, if you want to try again using your phone, please try using Incognito mode to login and could have better luck

@Roaminghelp , try using incognito mode on the browser. The self serve website if pretty finicky with cached data.
