My Data plan just renewed on October 25 and is suppose to be until November 26. It is just the 4th and my Data plan is already on 100% when I barely used it!

Do you use iPhone?
Try going into settings-data and scroll down to see which app is taking the data usage.
Make sure to turn off data usage for Youtube or Music or the app that is consuming your data secretly!

@Raneesha the site has serious problem with cache, maybe you are still reading of cached mode?
Login with Incognito mode again and see if the usage is correct. If it still shows 100% used, you might want to go to Usage page, download the usage in XLS format and sum up the data usage since Oct 25 and see if it is correct
