So I recently changed plans and should have more data at a higher speed and since changing upon renewal of my plan the data has been much slower and almost unusable because it’s so slow that it doesn’t work. I’ve tried plenty of things including all of SIMon’s tips yet nothing has worked it’s been a day now and I need the help. Thank you.

@Brady2004 If it's been more than 48 hours since the plan change went into effect and the suggestions also haven't resolved this issue, it's possible there's a provisioning issue if you've tried everything suggested so you might want to submit a ticket via chatbot ask customer support to take look at your account.
edit: @Brady2004 No don't switch back until you've contacted customer support via SIMon chatbot and I'm sure they will be able to rectify the issue for you.
edit 2: BTW, if unable to submit a ticket, you can send a private message to CS_Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

@Brady2004 - if you changed from 3g speed to 4g speed plan, note that this can take up to 48 hours get these speeds.
If you are looking at your My Account and not seeing the reflective plan change ensure to click the circle refresh button in your My Account to see the latest details.
