Data Add on incompatibility clarification

Hi there,

My data add on I purchased was labelled as incompatible right from the start. Does this mean I still get charged for the add on? If it doesn't work, can I remove the add on?

Which base plan do you have?  One of the 5G unlimited throttled plans?  

Which add on did you purchase?  Were you charged?  (Check your credit card online statement)

are you on a Canadian 5G plan with unlimited data at reduced speed?

If so, the addon likely incompatible because you will get unlimited data at reduced speed.   Yes, if that is the case, support can reverse the transaction, please check with them.  Open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
