log in to your acct on cellphone, then click Account (bottom of page) > Manage Log-in (Securerd By Eversafe)>Email Address> click the arrow to Enter new email> Confirm.

to change your email address used for EverSafe, you will have to first login to My Account
If you can login to My Account, go to Profile page, click Manage EverSafe ID and update the email address there
