@weiz your current cycle only starts Nov 30th?
Always use Inognito mode to login and check My Account for correct usage
Also, you might want to download the full Usage log in excel format and add the data entries for the total

For an accurate usage clear your browser cache and open a new browser window in incognito. Click on the spinner icon in self service to refresh. Also make sure your apps are not using data in the background.
