Hi,
I recently was notified that I had used 95% of my data. I believe I have 20 Gb and I am not sure I have EVER used a Gb. When I check my usage of data, daily, it seems quite high given I almost always am on Wifi especially at home. I am assuming the daily time of usage relates to a cummulative daily assignment and not when it was actually used. In either case I wondering how I was able to use all my data and some clarification would be appreciated.

Hi @Lotusland2 I have the same question. Namely 100 Mb of data shortly after 12:00 AM. Is this simply the daily usage being shown at this time? Also the usage, namely the amount, given I predominately use Wifi, seems a little odd.
Insights are welcome.

I just received the same message, and when I checked my data useage, there were a number of high data uses during the middle of the night, when I would not be using it. Can anyone explain this.

this has nothing to do with your issue
the text was sent out wrong and the usage on My Account was correct. So, the text people got was a system gltich, those users not really used up 95% of the data.
As explained on your post, the usage on your account was correct according to what you showed us.

if you checked your My Account and your usage is normal, ignore it, just another system glitch

Many receive this text but it is a system mistake, no need to worry
