Cyber Monday Subscription Change Not Showing in Account

I opened a new account with Public Mobile on Black Friday with the $34 for 20GB data plan and everything went smoothly. On Cyber Monday I saw the $34 for 40GB data plan and selected it to change on my billing renewal date on December 23. I was getting some things in order today and noticed that I can't find any record anywhere that I made this change, but I know for a fact that I did. It's not showing up in My Account on the Change Subscription page that the plan is scheduled to be changed. I'm kicking myself now for not taking a screenshot when I did it. What are my next steps?

actually, if you go back to the Change Subscription page, you should see it showing there as well.  Please check to confirm

Oh fantastic! It is showing up in my payment page. I guess I need to figure out now how to cancel the ticket I just submitted...

@A-E  I made this plan change  too .  Check your payment page for the details

then yes, submit ticket with CS agent and have them to confirm

I should have mentioned I already tried in incognito mode. Just submitted a ticket. Fingers crossed they're able to help!

I would try logging out but logging back in on your web browser using incognito/private mode to ensure that a cached version of the website isn't being shown in error.  Otherwise, there being no scheduled change  being shown in the Change Subscription area means that the scheduled change has been cancelled.

you should see it scheduled on the Change Subscription page.  Maybe just browser cache problem and you are not seeing it correctly, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
