@Balfe1990 are you on the old rewards or new one?
if old rewards, how much loyal rewards you are getting now?
if new reward system, and you didn't migrate from old to new, you would have joined less than 1.5 years

Do you delete your old emails? I like never, ever delete my emails so I still have the Original 'Welcome' and Activation emails somewhere deep in my inbox from Public Mobile.
Have you checked there?

if you're still not certain when your account was activated, ask a CSA to look into it for you. You can also login to your account and go to the Payment section and see when your first payment was (the drop-down menu will go back 12 months) along with the email from PM welcome to the service.

If you still have your welcome email then that's when. If you're on rewards then go to the rewards page and discover points shows your next anniversary. Go back from that by which loyalty dollar you get. I'm not sure how to tell with points. Don't switch to points if you're on rewards.
