My credit card was uaed fraudently and was cancelled.  Can you please not cancel as I will pay the cost when I get my new card in 7 to 10  business days,

@Joanhannah  - it really depends when your account is due to renew. What does your "Payment Due Before" date say?

If it was just renewed, you can wait for the new card to replace it.

 

 

Here are you voucher payment options, check these articles out:

You can even leave the fraudulent card on the account, then purchase a voucher and add the funds to your account, this way you can still get the $2 autopay discount.

 

As soon as you get the new card go to the payment TAB in your self serve and remove the old card, to add the new one at the bottom, left corner shown here:

Hi @Joanhannah get it from. SDM or Shell or Loblaws or 711 or Walmart.  Vouchers from there could be used immediately  while vouchers from other stores might need  24 hours  before they can be used.

The messages posted here are usually only seen by other customers. Unfortunately, if you miss the payment, your service will stop working.

Login to account and check your renewal date. You might be OK if your renewal is 2 or more weeks away.

If it is within a few days, as advised by @0077 & @Meow . Purchase a voucher are prevent suspended service/account.

You can always pay with voucher!

In case of no payment, your service will be suspended. And not to worry. You have 90 days to reactivate your service in case it gets suspended.
