While you are waiting you could try this:
Plan A
1. login and make a 1 time payment of $114, logout
2. wait a few minutes, reboot your phone, and check for service
3. if that fails do not pay again rather proceed to Plan B
Plan B
1. login and see if Available Funds equals $120, if so continue; if not logout and go to Plan C
2. click Chnage Plan, pick the 90 day 6 GB plan and activate now, logout
3. wait a few minutes, reboot your phone, and check for service
3. if that fails do not pay again rather proceed to Plan C
Plan C
You are now stuck waiting for a moderator. Their coverage is currently: Mon-Thursday 9am(EST) to 9pm(EST) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(EST) to 5:30pm(EST)
Meanwhile, if your service goes down you can make phone calls with an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.

I have finally succeded in getting payment to register but unfortunately it is now showing a $114 balance after takingout $25 90 Day Pass fee. Your help in this matter is most appriciated.

I also checked with the Credit Card company thay say nothing came in on their end and everything is operational/okay otherwise.
