Phone application crashed while setting up for a phone number transfer. Can't get past the "Register a SIM now for it says that it's already in use. App prompts me to log in for further action, but nothing is happening.

I was in the process of transferring my old number, so I havent reached the step to insert the bew SIM card yet.

you are setting up physical sim? did you try to put in the PM sim and see if it connects?

and you tried to reboot phone and try login the app again?
time to ask PM to help.
