eSIM issue

  • Hey everyone, I have a complicated issue and I need some assistance please. When I went to get a plan, I selected the eSIM option, but accidentally put in my physical sim IMEI instead. Now when I open the app it takes me to a page that says finish setting up plan, so I click proceed which is the only option, then select a number, which again is the only option on that page, and then it takes me to an error page with no option to change the IMEI number. I also cannot login to my account, and I wouldn’t worry about fixing this but they already took the first subscription payment, which I cannot cancel as I can’t login to my account

hi @Gelio_Martinez 

your eSIM  issue has nothing to do with you put in the physical sim IMEI.   The physical sim IMEI is about porting.

For your esim, you checked Settings-> Cellular or the SIM manager and do you  see a PM esim there?  If it is there, make sure you enable it , then remove your physical sim card (or disable your old esim) and Reset network settings

but if the PM esim not there, ask PM support agent to help, you can submit  ticket by direct message:
