I've been having a horrible time setting my new mobile account and even a worse one trying to cancel it. I dont want to proceed with this anymore. Could you please contact me with a real person to help me cancel my subscription and getting a refund.

There is nobody to call. It's a self serve mobile service. You have to initiate contact by sending a direct message to a csa. You can use this direct link.

PM policy is no refund unless your account was never setup.
if you have used it and not like it, you can close the account by porting out your phone number. Or if you don't need your number, just login My Acocunt, go to Payment, Manage Subscription and then disable Subscribed so PM won't continue charging you again
