I’m unable to find how and/or where to cancel my subscription and need help.
I can login to my account, I can change my sub but can’t cancel it.

Yes, you must have an active account to port out the number
If you can login My Account in a browser, then login first, and paste this link to access Payment page and load enough funds to resume the service for a month
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card
When loading funds for renewal, remember to add E911 fess if you are in the following provinces: AB, NB, NF, NS, NWT, NU, PEI, QC, SK
If you cannot renew or have any particular question with your case, please check with PM CS agent. You can message them here:

This is great information. Thank you. My challenges are, 1. The account appears to be suspended and there is no option to toggle unsubscribe from the “manage subscription” tab. I don’t remember my PIN, it’s been a while since it was set up. I can guess but I don’t remember it.
2. I tried to port the number but the service provider couldn’t do it presumably because the number is not active?
I would really just like to pay any outstanding balance if there is one, and remove my payment method. How do I get a hold of customer service?

To "cancel" the plan, you can either port out your number to another provider and your account will be closed upon successful port out of the number
Or you can disable the toggle "Subscribed" to disable Pre-Authorized payment instead. Once it is disabled, PM will not be able to renew your account on your next renewal , your account will then be suspended on that day and 90 more days, it will be closed
To disable Pre-Authorized payments (Turn off Subscribed) , you can do it by one of the following:
Or if you cannot login My Account to disable Autopay, you can private message CS Agent and ask them to remove the credit card from the system:
