Could not update my credit card

Hello, my phone number was stopped using service, because I could not update my credit card from my online account. Please help me. Thank you.

@Grace_1970  Quickest way at this point would be to get payment vouchers from7-11 shell gas or shoppers for a fee you can get online from recharge.com and load *611 to resume services right away . But if you can wait 24 hours and try again jncognito /private mode or from another device or use the app instead it may work if not submit ticket with support

@Grace_1970 , if you have tried unsuccessfully multiple times, there is a session lock on your payment card.  If you have another card that you can use, try it and do the card update using incognito mode on the browser.

try logging in on a laptop but use incognito mode. Make sure to enter new cc number correctly.

many have trouble with that lately

Wait an hour first, then try again using Incognit/Private/Secret mode on your brower.  If that does not work, try again on another computer or on Public Mobile app

if still unable to update and if you need to load money quickly, get a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and load it using *611
