Do you have just the single Public Mobile Account or multiple on the same card?

Hi @Kevinmelo ... before you do that. Check your statement and confirm you are actually being charged twice. Some people see 2 payments when one is in pending status and think that's been charged twice. You can also call your credit card company to confirm how many charges have been made. If you do see one in the pending status and one in the paid part, the pending should remove itself within 48 hours. Then you should see one. But this is just my guess since I can't see your invoice. Make sense?

PM is an online service so communication to a CS_Agent is done by private messaging so click on the envelope icon on your computer.
Are the double charges on your CC statement or are you see it on your online account?
If you are looking at your account, it will show 2 prices. There is a indication of your Purchased 30 days plan (not a charge).
There is also a Automatic Top-up…this is the charge less any Rewards that may apply.
