Hello all
I was double charged on my last monthly payment and I had raised a ticket. I was told that they will investigate. Its been a week now and haven't heard anything afterwards.
Any other way to escalate this ?

I was double charged as well last month. I was double charged last year as well. I'm thinking of submitting a complaint to the CCTS as this seems to be a reoccurring event that is happening more frequently than it should be.

@rohitks1978 - you could ask to communicate to a supervisor when you poke about the last message you sent.

at this time, only Support can help. you need to reply support's earlier message and ask for update and escalation

@rohitks1978 first try to respond back to them from your community in box . Or you will most likely need to open another ticket to get sorted out
