I recently made a new account however, it's trying to send me a verification code and is saying I'm not connected to the network when I try to make a call so no code comes in HELP!

@JT900903, to confirm, is any part of your services working, for example calling in/out, texting in/out and data? If the only issue is that you are not receiving the verification code you can select "Didn't get the code" option and have it resend to the email address you have registered with

so, is your sim card not able to connect to PM network ? not able to make calls or receive inbound calls?
