Confirming Referral

I referred a family member to Public Mobile and they used my referral code to create an account and activate a plan.  How can I confirm that the referral code was accepted and that all is well with the referral.   I don't see the referral listed anywhere in my account.  The family member that used the referral code does not see anything in their acount information that would suggest that the referral was successful either.   Is there any way to confirm the referral was accepted?   Is it just a simple wait and see type thing?   And if so, how long?

Thank you very much.   I guess I just assumed that I would see an almost instant acknowledgemt that someone had used my referral code.

Hey @WillyWanka 

At this time, there is no way to see a list of who you've referred. The only way to see it is if you got that Cha Ching text from PM and ask your family member to log in and see if the credit is in their account. It takes up to 72 hours to show. If it's not there after 72 hours, reach out to a CS Agent to investigate.
