I am a new customer.  I signed up yesterday using a friend's referral code. I was supposed to receive a $10 bill credit. Where is it?  There is no mention of it on my account.  Why not?

@JoeBlow2 it will appear in your account within 72hrs. If it's not there after that time you can message a CS_agent and they will add it in for you. To reach a CS_agent click on the orange round circle in the bottom right corner. Once you have the credit it will appear in the Available Funds section in the "Payment" tab of the PM app.

You should see the one time $10 credit with in 72 hours of activation . If after 3 days and you don’t see it  in your available funds . Then engage support to investigate for you and ensure it was applied correctly
