I tried to make a credit card payment in my account profile but only have me the option to redeem payment voucher. When I dialed *611 and chose option to make a payment using my registered credit card it asked me for a four digit account pin that I do not remember how did I find or reset the pin number.

@Avahamilton Typically you can change your account pin in your account profile page . It’s a 4 digit PIN .tap the pencil Beside it and change to what you want . If this is a newer account in the last year it possible you don’t have a pin or option for pin . But also note with vouchers you don’t need the PIN just *611 to load it .
